How much finalising of my document does Readwell do?

As little, or as much, as you request. There are four basic editing levels but your special requirements will be accommodated too. 

How do I know which level of Editing to purchase?

Readwell will help you determine the necessary level, and are willing to edit a page of your work free as a sample if you wish. If during the editing process it becomes clear a different level is necessary you will be contacted. This may well be to lower the level and thus the price.

What if you alter things I want to keep in my document?

Readwell will not remove content from your document. If there are changes you are unhappy with, providing it is in the original brief, further changes will be made for you.

How much can I specify in terms of style?

Say what you want! Readwell will edit as appropriate. Advice will also be given about the best approach to take with your document. Fill in an enquiry form as extensively as possible, using it to help you think through what you want. And you can always phone.

Can you write my document for me?

Yes. But only if it is legal to do so. For instance we cannot write a dissertation for you: only edit it. But you can submit a document which still needs comprehensive editing and much alteration. A brief will be agreed with you and your edit will be produced accordingly.

What type of document can you edit?

Almost anything! Some specialised fields may not be in Readwell’s skill-set without a special glossary being provided. In truth, some scientific journals might be better edited by a specialist in that field. But do investigate!

In what format do you need to receive my material?

The two most common formats are Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Readwell does not do photo editing or web design. 

How do I pay you?

Payment is arranged through Paypal or Bank Transfer, normally payable in advance. You will be sent an invoice first, and it is possible to pay by Debit card through Paypal without a Paypal account.

Do you have to be credited in my published work?

Not unless you wish to do so. But a review would be helpful- send by email to Readwell.
