Process

1/ Fill out a Project Sheet. (You can click here to open one.) This will help you summarise what your project is about.

For some you would rather call instead. You are welcome! The contact number is 07725878965.

2/ Readwell will contact you with either a quote or questions to help us clarify what is required. Your style requirements will be finalized. At this stage a sample page can be Proofread or Copy-Edited if required by you, to show the quality of our work. 

3/ You pay and submit your document/project to Readwell. Either attach to an email, save to Dropbox and forward a link, or upload on the Contacts page. 

4/ Readwell completes your work and sends you the completed documents. The procedure here varies according to which level you have booked.

5/ You confirm your satisfaction with the work, and, if you wish to, you leave a review.

The basic style guide used in the UK is The Guardian Style Guide, for North America The Chicago Manual of Style is used. I am happy to use another style guide if requested. Readwell will work to your style requirements.

If you have any problems Readwell will be willing to help. If, because of our oversight, we need to make a few further adjustments to your document, we will do so free of charge.
